Lobsters Snatch Late Win

The Maine Lobsters defeated the Rockville Reckoning, 5-4, in Atlantic Alliance action at Ballpark of Maine. Maine pitcher Jesús Uría had a standout performance. Maine reliever Gunner Stay was the winner. His record is now 2-1. The losing pitcher was Steve Peterson. The save went to Giustino Fusarpoli, number 7 for him.
In the bottom of the eighth, Maine third baseman William Bell gave his team the lead. With two out and a runner on 1st, Liberty hit his 7th home run of the year. Rockville pitcher Steve Peterson surrendered it. With that, the Lobsters jumped in front, 5-4.
"Win or lose, we pick each other up in this clubhouse," Uría told the Maine Herald.
The Lobsters raised their record to 29-14.
