Diamond Cats Lose 7-4 Decision to Coasters
With left fielder Yasukazu Toiguchi leading the charge, the Nassau HS Coasters defeated the Guantanamo HS Diamond Cats, 7-4, at Nassau Ballpark. Toiguchi, who is tied for 3rd in the AC in triples with 2, was 3 for 3 with 2 triples and a walk. He scored 3 times. The Coasters improved to a lofty 26-11.

Sukenobu Miura, who is tied for 9th in the AC with a .377 on-base percentage, helped out the Nassau HS cause in the bottom of the fourth inning with a run-scoring single. For the game, the designated hitter went 2-4 with 2 singles. He drove in 2 runs and scored once.

"We'll savor this win," Toiguchi told the Nassau HS Herald, "then get ready for the next game."
