Trawlers Take Down Jiten, 3-0

Port Lincoln HS and Tokoha Gakuen Kikugawa HS took Mother Nature's best shot and still managed to complete their ballgame.
Port Lincoln HS beat Tokoha Gakuen Kikugawa HS on the strength of starter Roy Pickford's fine effort. The right-hander led his team to a win, 3-0. Pickford picked up the win for Port Lincoln HS, going 5.1 innings. He gave up no runs on 6 hits. He now sports a record of 4-2.
Allan Yi, the Port Lincoln HS right fielder, contributed a 2-run single in the top of the fifth inning to make the score 3-0, Trawlers. For the game, Yi was 1-3. He drove in 2 runs.
