Warriors Dump Borealis, 5-1
|
Duluth Warriors starter Michael Doyle hurled his team past the Aurora Borealis, 5-1. The Warriors improved to 44-31.
With no one out in the top of the sixth, Raúl Muñóz had a chance to do some damage. Aurora was trailing 3-0, but had runners on 1st and 3rd. Muñóz came to the plate against Michael Doyle, and hit a sacrifice fly. But it was not enough to complete a Aurora comeback.
