Cafe Tacvbas Improve to 54-54 with 8-3 Win

The performance of Carlos Lima proved critical in helping Naucalpan beat Ecatepec, 8-3. The Cafe Tacvbas first baseman went 2-4 with a home run, while scoring 2 and driving in 4. The losing streak for Ecatepec has now reached 4 games.
In the bottom of the sixth, Naucalpan second baseman Carlos Molina put his team on top. With one out and runners on 1st and 2nd, he hit his 15th double of the year. Ecatepec pitcher José Campos served it up. Just like that, the Cafe Tacvbas were ahead, 4-3.
"I was hoping to make good contact," said Molina. "I wasn't trying to knock the snot out of it."
