Tower Terrace opens at The Castle
Fans have a new all-inclusive/party area to check out this upcoming season at The Castle called the Tower Terrace. The Tower Terrace gives fans a new view to watch games from the highest point of The Castle. The new area should add roughly 500 seats in addition to another 500 seats sprinkled throughout the ballpark.
“Our towers are an area that provide fantastic views of the game and our city. They had only been available for private events on non-game days in the past. We wanted to give our fans a new area with a unique visual of the game that can be found nowhere else in the PEBA. We make it a priority to keep increasing our capacity each off-season to get as many as our fans into The Castle as possible.” – GM Sean Bain
The Claymores home ballpark now holds 47,000 fans, an increase of 7,000 seats since GM Sean Bain joined the front office. The Tower Terrace adds to the fan experience at The Castle, and recent additions such as Craft & Draft and Ballpark Eats.
Fans in the Tower Terrace have access to an all-inclusive buffet that updates throughout the season, as well as an all you can drink beverage lineup. Fans also have the unique ability to have any concession item delivered directly to the Tower Terrace due to the location of the special seating area.
“We want our fans to be able to not miss any of the action on the field, so we felt it was critical to start this delivery service in this area of The Castle. We’ll look at expanding this in future, but will be setting up ordering/pickup stations throughout the ballpark this year where fans can order from their seats and pick up their order at locations on the concourse.” – Owner Brad Kern
