Wild Card Clinched by Soldato Sunday, September 21st , 2042 The Djibouti Soldato certainly made things interesting. The Intercontinental Baseball Coalition Red Sea League club have battled to the bitter end and have come up with a wild card berth. "It's satisfying to clinch the playoffs so late in the season," said center fielder Josh Jenkins. "You start to doubt yourself and wonder if you can even make it." But the Soldato have in fact made it, with their 57-31 record holding up to now give them a chance at the franchise's 1st Intercontinental Baseball Coalition championship. |
