Finlay MacEwan Sidelined for Season Saturday, October 4th , 2042 The season is ending on a bad note for Finlay MacEwan, reliever for the Victoria Orcas. It was announced today that he will miss the rest of the season because of injury. MacEwan was hurt against the Boise Remuda while throwing a pitch. He suffered a partially torn labrum and will be out for at least 4 months. MacEwan has taken the mound for 45 relief appearances this season, nailing down 1 save while notching a 7-4 record with a 6.04 ERA. The Victoria reliever has limited opposing batters to a .287 batting average. |
