Fountain Decides on Football Career, Passes on Baseball Friday, September 19th , 2042 Bowness HS multi-sport star Ken Fountain has decided to discontinue his baseball career and focus full-time on his football career. Despite his love of baseball, Fountain says he likes his prospects on the gridiron better than the diamond. "It was a tough decision, but I think this is the right one for me," said the Spartans second baseman. Fountain, considered to be a standout defensive end, is projected as a late 1st or 2nd round pick in the upcoming NFL draft. |
