Reliever of the Year Award Goes to Chang Thursday, June 12th , 2042 He may only be 19, but Teok-kyu Chang of the Ulsan HS Flames has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Pacific Conference. The reliever was today named the PC Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2042. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 2 saves in 14 relief appearances and 25 strikeouts in 42 innings. He had a record of 3-0 to go with his 0.64 ERA. He received 17 first place votes out of a possible 44. Young-ghil Yu of the Andong HS Folk Warriors finished second in voting with 8 first place votes, while Hoshi Hagiwara of the Tennoji HS Sensei finished third with 9 first place votes.
