Rifles Win Round 2 Thursday, May 15th , 2042 The Eton Rifles are heading to the Round 3, having narrowly defeated the San Felipe HS Spaniards. Eton edged San Felipe HS in the series 4-3, with a win at Rifles Ballpark in the clinching game by a 8-4 margin. Ellis Storr turned in a strong offensive performance for the Rifles and got series MVP for his efforts. "I'll never turn down another trophy for my mantle, another accomplishment to remember once my career is over," he said. "What I would really remember, though, is a Round 4 win." It remains to be seen how the playoffs will conclude, but if Storr continues to swing a hot bat, his team will no doubt have a chance. For the series, he hit .375 with a .444 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, 3 RBI and scored 5 runs. The Eton Rifles don't know who they will face in the next round. They will play the winner of the Montego Bay HS Mariners - Hoorn Schooners series.
