Hat Trick of Home Runs for André

Gonaives HS Revolution first baseman Ilias André left the Bogaerts pitching staff in ruins at Gonaives Ballpark, beating the Bricklayers, 11-9, with a prodigious three-home run performance.
"The last one was totally unexpected," André told reporters at the press conference following his big game. "I just wanted to make good contact, never thinking I would get a home run, and bang, I got number three."
For the game, the Gonaives HS first baseman had 4 hits in 7 at-bats, drove in 7 and scored 3 runs.
Ilias André hit a three-run home run off Nicolas Le Gall in the 1st, grounded out in the 2nd, hit a two-run home run off Dobbe Pijlswaard in the 5th, singled in the 6th, flied out in the 8th, struck out in the 11th and hit a two-run home run off Kiril Kos in the 12th.
This year, André is batting .315 with 58 hits and 15 home runs. He has scored 30 times and has batted in 33 runs.
