Osaka Toin HS Captures Wild Card Sunday, April 20th , 2042 The Osaka Toin HS Eijisu Masters have thrilled their fan base by securing a late-season wild card berth. The team's playoff future was certainly not a foregone conclusion, as the Eijisu Masters battled to find a place in the postseason. "We never lost faith, I think that's key," said catcher Jin Yoshida. "Even when things got rough, people in our clubhouse believed we were going to win." With their record sitting at 27-19, the Eijisu Masters will try to build on their success to win the 6th International High School Athletic Association championship in team history. |
