Au on Fire, 5-for-7 Against Kanaashi Nougyou HS Monday, March 31st , 2042 The Zhoushan HS Islanders stopped the Kanaashi Nougyou HS Red Dragons by a score of 6-5 at Zhoushan Ballpark, with the lion's share of the credit going to second baseman Wei Au. The 17-year-old had a career day, collecting 5 hits. "Every batter wants to have a quality at-bat every time he steps up to the plate," Au said later. "He wants to hit the ball hard." Au did just that in his 7 at-bats, much to the chagrin of the Red Dragons. "Not much that I can say," offered Kanaashi Nougyou HS manager Hirotsugu Suzuki. "He just hammered the heck out of us." Wei Au tripled in the 2nd, singled in the 3rd, grounded out in the 5th, singled in the 7th, singled in the 8th, singled in the 10th and struck out in the 12th.
