Playoff Bound: Coasters Win Wild Card Tuesday, April 23rd , 2041 The Nassau HS Coasters could very well have acquired some new fans late this season, as the team's 2041 playoff chase saw them win the wild card as the season wound to a close. "It's an exciting time to be a fan of the Coasters. I think we had people on the edge of their seats wondering what would happen," said shortstop Charles Godsall. What ended up happening is that the team's 26-22 record has allowed it to move on to the postseason, with a chance to win the 1st Round 4 in franchise history. "It's only going to get more exciting from here on in," Godsall said. |
