Atlantic Conference Canadian Division Champs Crowned: South Kamloops HS Colossus Tuesday, April 23rd , 2041 Say what you want about the South Kamloops HS Colossus and their abilities on the baseball diamond. Nobody can question their ability to celebrate a division title. The music was loud and the adult beverages were flowing tonight as the Colossus officially clinched the Atlantic Conference Canadian Division. "You concentrate so hard on winning the division, so it's nice to finally be here and be able to enjoy it," said closer Ward McBride, whose championship t-shirt was drenched. "It's probably going to be a long night." South Kamloops HS clinched the division with a record currently sitting at 28-20. It is the 2nd division championship in team history and will give the Colossus the opportunity to go for their 1st International High School Athletic Association championship. |
