PL Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named Sunday, June 8th , 2042 Christos Galpin was a calming influence out of the University of Sydney Wallabies bullpen this season. His teammates and manager said he had a poised demeanor about him that was typical of someone much older and more experienced. His poise has paid off, as the 20-year-old turned in a sparkling season and has been named the winner of the Pacific League Reliever of the Year Award for 2042. The Brisbane, Australia native won the award with no saves in 17 relief appearances, 16 strikeouts in 29 innings and a record of 1-1 to go with his 0.62 ERA. He received 13 first place votes out of a possible 28. Kazuhiro Koda of the Hosei University Avocat finished second in voting with 8 first place votes, while Jayden Blenkhorn of the University of Sydney Wallabies finished third with 7 first place votes.
