Outback State University Moves on to Round 2 Monday, May 12th , 2042 There certainly wasn't much separating the Outback State University Crocs and Taiwan Tech University Typhoon in this year's Round 1. In the end, it was the Crocs advancing to the Round 2 with a 5-2 win at Typhoon Ballpark, to cap off a thrilling 4-3 series win. Crocs left-hander and series MVP Serge Barrier took a short break from the clubhouse victory celebration to tell BNN reporters that "winning a series in the last game makes it all the more sweet." For the series, Barrier's performance no doubt made things even sweeter. He had a 1.17 ERA over 7.2 innings pitched, with a 2-0 record. The Outback State University Crocs will play against the University of Sydney Wallabies in the next round. University of Sydney won their series against the Hosei University Avocat 4 games to 1.
