San Juan Takes Semifinales in Deciding Game Tuesday, December 10th , 2041 The sweet swing of Jesús Gómez has led his team through the Semifinales. The San Juan Sharks star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Bayamon Predators to advance to the Puerto Rico Showdown. The Sharks won the final game at Ballpark of San Juan by a score of 4-1 and the series 4-3. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Gómez. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Gómez hit .345 with a .406 on-base percentage. He had 0 home runs, drove in 3 RBI and scored 2 runs.
