Bani won the series 5-2, capturing the title for the 9th time. "We stepped it up at the right time, and now we're the champs," said Bani manager Ashley Roberts. "It's a great feeling." The champs finished the regular season 39-35 and claimed third place in the Liga Dominicana de Beisbol Invernal.
