ABSF-MEX Reliever of the Year Award Winner Named Tuesday, January 7th , 2042 His manager and teammates call Alfredo Encarnación a true bullpen ace. The Alianza Beisbol Al Sur de la Frontera calls him the winner of the Reliever of the Year Award for 2041. The San Luis Potosi Jardineros relief specialist out of Ecatepec, Mexico, won the award with 11 saves in 20 relief appearances, 60 strikeouts in 86.1 innings and 17 walks. He compiled a record of 8 wins and 4 losses and had a 1.56 ERA. He received 16 first place votes, as a unanimous winner. Ignacio Montoya of the Zapopan Torrenas finished second in voting, while Ramón Pérez of the Zapopan Torrenas finished third.
