Best WL Reliever Named Monday, June 9th , 2042 He may only be 15, but José Baldern of the Wilson Classical HS Bruins has already established himself as one of the elite relievers in the Western League. The reliever was today named the WL Reliever of the Year Award winner for 2042. He won the award with a strong year that saw him put up 1 save in 16 relief appearances and 17 strikeouts in 27 innings. He had a record of 4-1 to go with his 1.67 ERA. He received 23 first place votes out of a possible 44. Bill Cunningham of the Lakewood HS Lancers finished second in voting with 16 first place votes, while Anthony Williamson of the Wilson Classical HS Bruins finished third with 3 first place votes.
