Lodi HS Clinches Wild Card Tuesday, April 22nd , 2042 For a team that has never won a Round 4, how you get to the postseason isn't the important part. The important part is simply that you get there and thus, the Lodi HS Devils excitedly celebrated their Western League wild card berth tonight. "There's only one thing that everyone on this team wants and that's to be champions. We want to bring a title home to Lodi HS and this is the first step," said catcher Fred Pierce. "Of course we would have loved to win the division, but we look forward to the challenge ahead." It will be the 1st Interscholastic Federation championship in franchise history for the team if they can pull it off. "That's the ultimate goal," added the catcher. |
