Mankato West HS Reds Win Top Spot in Western League Midwest Conference Monday, April 21st , 2042 Members of the Mankato West HS Reds say winning the Western League Midwest Conference title is special, but ultimately they will only be remembered with a championship season. "We want to put ourselves in the history books and win the Round 4," said starting pitcher Larry Neal. "We all believe it can happen, it's just a matter of putting in the hard work and getting the breaks." It's the 2nd division win for the club and they will be vying for their 1st Round 4 win. "To see the team get here, it makes you believe in yourself and all the systems you've put in place," said manager Cristóbal Gonzáles. |
