Chatfield HS Loses Davis for Year Monday, April 7th , 2042 Wilfred Davis has to call it a season. The Chatfield HS Mustangs reliever sustained a season-ending injury against the Rio Rancho HS Goats and will not play again this year according to club doctors. Davis was injured while throwing a pitch. His doctors diagnosed it as a torn ulnar collateral ligament and stated that he would not be able to play for 11 months. For the season, Davis is 0-and-1 with no saves and a 1.89 ERA. He has given up 18 hits in 19 innings with 14 strikeouts. |
