EL's Best Player, Hawkins of Moody HS Monday, March 17th , 2042 The Eastern League has named its Top Player of the Week. The honor went to Dave Hawkins, right fielder of the Moody HS Trojans. In an extraordinary hitting display, he belted out hits at a .556 pace to win the award. Hawkins went 10-for-18 for the week, totaled 3 home runs, 3 RBIs and scored 5 times.
