Skipper Anastasio Molina Out in Northwestern Monday, June 2nd , 2042 When your team is not doing well, what does a general manager do? You can't fire the team or fire yourself, so you go to the next thing on the list -- fire the manager. That's exactly what Northwestern Purple Haze GM did today -- he fired manager Anastasio Molina. In the press conference, the Purple Haze GM pulled out all the usual cliches about why change was needed. He also praised Molina in glowing terms and said he would remain a vital part of the Northwestern organization. As far as firings go, this was a harmonious parting. |
