Addie Langelaan Lost for Season Tuesday, March 4th , 2042 The doctors have spoken and Addie Langelaan of the Arizona Lutes didn't like what he heard. The 19-year-old starting pitcher is almost certainly gone for the rest of the year and depending on his progress could miss some of next season as well. Langelaan sustained his season-ending injury during the Notre Dame Evangelists game yesterday at Ballpark of Arizona. He had to leave the game because he hurt himself while throwing a pitch. Today the Arizona medical staff reported Langelaan had a torn flexor tendon in his elbow and would be absent from the lineup for at least 9 months. |
