USCBA COL's Best Pitcher is Brooks Sunday, June 16th , 2041 Bill Brooks of the St. John's Kaisers is in the spotlight today. He was voted the top pitcher in the United States Collegiate Baseball Association and will be presented the 2041 Outstanding Pitcher Award.
