The Seagulls reliever suffered a bone spur in his elbow during a game against the Maine Lobsters and will be out for at least 4 months. Club officials told BNN they do not expect him to return to the team this season. To this point in the season, Douglas has rung up 2 saves in 31 relief appearances. He has also crafted a 5.11 ERA, 3 wins and 2 losses and 51 strikeouts in 56.1 innings. |
