Today, the Hoods were mathematically eliminated from playoff contention. Sherwood Park last appeared in the postseason in 2040. This is their 2nd consecutive year missing the playoffs, and in total they have not advanced past the regular season 28 times in their 36-year history. In the last 10 seasons, the Hoods have only made the playoffs once. Sherwood Park last won the Great Northern Cup in 2012. |
