Evas Win Wild Card Saturday, October 4th , 2042 The sweet swing of Jorge Reyes has led his team through the Wild Card. The Shin Seiki Evas star earned series MVP honors as his club downed the Niihama-shi Ghosts to advance to the Divisional . The Evas won the final game at Oikake Maze by a score of 9-2 and the series 3-1. "I'm seeing the ball well and happy to contribute to a win," said Reyes. "I hope it continues for the rest of the playoffs." For the series, Reyes hit .438 with a .526 on-base percentage. He had 1 home runs, drove in 2 RBI and scored 5 runs.
