Yi Earns SL's Best Pitcher Honor Wednesday, October 1st , 2042 The Tempe Apollos felt very secure when they sent Man-chae Yi out to the hill last month. The 26-year-old starter went after Sovereign League hitters with a vengeance and earned September's Pitcher of the Month award. He went 5-0 with a 2.57 ERA as he struck out 28 in 35 innings over 5 starts. This year, Yi has compiled a 15-9 record with a 3.93 ERA in 31 starts. |
