Nelson and Giovanelli Swapped Thursday, July 31st , 2042 The Hitmen and the Evas finalized a deal this afternoon. New Jersey has traded for 18-year old minor league RHP Francesco Giovanelli and 21-year old minor league LHP Yoshinaka Maekawa and in return Shin Seiki will receive 27-year old LHP Eric Nelson. Nelson has pitched 76.1 innings and molded a 2.24 ERA with 2 saves. He has surrendered 58 hits while registering 62 strikeouts on his way to a 3-1 record for the Evas this year. |
