Yuma-San Antonio Swap: McCoy for Berrios Thursday, July 31st , 2042 The Yuma Arroyos swapped 27-year old RHP James McCoy for 25-year old RHP Jorge Berrios, 21-year old minor league RHP Kinnosuke Honma, a 1st round draft pick, and $7,500,000 in cash of the Calzones of Laredo after what San Antonio officials would only characterize as "difficult" negotiations. So far this season, McCoy has logged a 4-12 record with a 4.35 ERA. He has started 22 games, hurled 134.1 innings and registered 110 strikeouts and 32 walks. So far this season, Berrios has a 4-5 record, 16 starts, 89.1 innings, 61 strikeouts and a 4.23 ERA. |
