The Queretaro Desperados and Guadalupe Frijoles de Dios were greeted by an enthusiastic crowd.

Guadalupe Frijoles de Dios starter Héctor Molina was in a groove as he led his team to a win over the Queretaro Desperados, 7-2. Earning his 2nd save of the year was Leonardo Morales.

Lorenzo Ortíz, who is a two-time All-Star, aided the Guadalupe cause with a 2-run single in the top of the third. For the game, the second baseman went 1-4. He drove in 3 runs and scored once.

"If we play well, we'll win our share of games," said Ortíz. "The only team that can beat us is us."

Guadalupe is now 31-17, Queretaro 16-32.
