Clutch Hitting Delivers Win for Sandgnats
2042 is shaping up to be a forgettable year for the Fargo Dinosaurs.

The Sandgnats faced a stiff challenge from Fargo pitcher Robinson Estrada, but persevered to claim a win at Jurassic Park. The final score was 2-0. Estrada went 6.2 innings and allowed no runs. The Sandgnats raised their record to 85-52.

Crystal Lake used a clutch hit from Wendell Guiney to snatch the win. The third baseman belted a 2-run home run in the top of the ninth inning to put the Sandgnats ahead, 2-0. It was his only hit, but it was huge.

"When you win, you always have confidence," said Crystal Lake skipper Steve Hott. "Nobody likes to lose. Losing is a downer. That's how we look at it. It's always good to win."
