Marshall slugs 2 home runs, Leads Koalas to Win
The home crowd had a good time watching the Waseda Bear and University of Queensland Koalas get after it.

The University of Queensland Koalas beat the Waseda Bear, 4-2, at Ballpark of Queensland. The win was due in part to left fielder Harrison Marshall, who went 3-4 with 2 home runs and a double, while adding 4 RBI and scoring twice. Kane Nolan, the winner, improved to 2-1. He held the Bear to 2 runs on 5 hits over 6.2 innings, while striking out 4 and walking 2. Pu-feng Pedley earned save number 1 this season.

University of Queensland took the lead in the bottom of the fifth when Marshall hit a 2-run home run. His 10th home run of the season made the score 4-2, University of Queensland.

"If we play like this, we can win a lot of games," Marshall told the University of Queensland Today.

The Koalas improved their record to 25-17 by beating Waseda.
