The Taiwan Tech University Typhoon locked up a win at Karasuyama College Grounds, knocking off the Outback State University Crocs, 4-1. On the mound for Taiwan Tech University was right-hander Hsui-chen Dee. He played a major role in the triumph. Dee yielded 1 run over 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 3 hits, walked 0, and struck out 3. His record improves to 3-0. Liu-chun Du got the save, the 13th for him this season.
Ju-zheng Nie, who is tied for 2nd in the PL in runs scored with 26, chipped in a run-scoring sacrifice fly for Taiwan Tech University in the top of the second. For the game, the first baseman had 2 hits in 4 at-bats with 1 home run, 1 single, 2 runs scored, and 3 runs batted in.
