Troika Prevail, 7-4, in 12 Innings
The Meiji University Troika cut down the Aoyama Gakuin Mighty Missionaries by the score of 7-4 in 12 innings. Much of the credit went to center fielder Chip Foster. Foster went 3 for 5 with a home run, a double, and a walk. He scored 2 runs and drove in 3 for the Troika. Today's win puts Meiji University at 11-16, while Aoyama Gakuin falls to 12-15.

Motonobu Okumura provided a timely hit. The Meiji University designated hitter delivered a 2-run triple in the top of the 12th inning to put the Troika on top, 6-4. It was his only hit in the game, but he made it count.

"A lot to like, just frustrated that we came up short," said Aoyama Gakuin manager Álex Flores.
