The Boise Remuda picked up a win at Devils Ballpark, knocking off the Sacramento Deltas, 4-2. On the mound for Boise was right-hander Sumiteru Okamura. He played a key role in the triumph. Sylvester Mills earned the save, his 12th, for the Remuda. The Remuda improved their record to 24-26 by beating Sacramento.
Anastasio Muñóz had a direct impact on the outcome. Muñóz contributed a run-scoring single in the top of the second inning to put Boise up, 2-1.
"The effort we put into this one paid off," Muñóz said.
