Merida Adelantados pitcher Manuel Muñóz was in top form, leading his team past the Nezahualcoyotl Coyotes, 2-1. Muñóz yielded no runs over 6 innings to notch the win. He scattered 1 hit, walked 0, and struck out 4. His record improves to 2-1. Ramón Días recorded the save, his 5th.
