Bureaucrats Drop Hitmen, 5-1

The Arlington Bureaucrats defeated the New Jersey Hitmen, 5-1, in Imperial League action at Mercer County Waterfront Park. Arlington pitcher Sa-yoor Chang had a standout performance. In 6.1 innings, Chang surrendered 5 hits, while striking out 5 and walking 2. He allowed 1 run. José López got credit for the save for Arlington. It was his 11th of the year.
It could have been a different outcome for Arlington, had it not been for Reggie Raines, the 28-year old right fielder . Raines contributed a run-scoring triple in the top of the fourth inning to put Arlington up, 1-0.
"You can't take yourself too seriously," Raines told the Arlington Times. "But at the end of the day, we do play to win ballgames."
The last-place Hitmen now sit at 46-78.
