Porpoises Earn 3-0 Road Win Over Canberra HS
|
Starting pitcher Keun-ho Park gave the Yeosu HS Porpoises a rock-solid effort. The Taegu, South Korea native helped his team defeat the Canberra HS Mountaineers, 3-0, at Ballpark of Canberra. Tae-hyang Yi earned save number 1 this season. Yeosu HS has a record of 4-2.
Yeosu HS used a well-timed hit by Kil-sung Chang to capture the win. The catcher socked a run-scoring double in the top of the sixth inning to put the Porpoises ahead, 2-0. Though it was his only hit in 4 at-bats, it was important.
"I had pretty good command out there," said Park.
