Scarlet Brutes Get Past Pittsburgh for 3-2 Win
|
The Ohio State Scarlet Brutes had to overcome a good performance from Pittsburgh pitcher Anthony Walker to claim a 3-2 win at Ballpark of Ohio State. Walker went 6 innings and allowed 1 run. The second-place Scarlet Brutes have won 4 in a row.
Michael Dailey was the walk-off hero for Ohio State. With the game tied in the bottom of the ninth inning, the Scarlet Brutes second baseman hit a dramatic run-scoring single to send the teams home.
