Streaking Starbursts Win Another One, 6-4
The Villanova Starbursts trumped the Iowa Archers, 6-4, at Starbursts Ballpark. Villanova right fielder James Torres was terrific. He was 2 for 4 with a home run. He scored 2 runs. The winning continues for Villanova, with the latest triumph making it 7 straight.

Villanova took a 4-3 lead on Ty King's 5th home run of the season. The 2-run home run, which King hit in the bottom of the seventh, left Iowa pitcher Tony Johnson visibly frustrated.

"When their pitchers are leaving stuff over the heart of the plate, we're not missing it," said Villanova manager Bill Hill.
