Wicked Witches Take Home 3-2 Win Over Rutgers
Fans witnessed a whale of a game between the Central Florida Wicked Witches and Rutgers Old Queens.

Central Florida Wicked Witches starter Rick Henderson was on his game, helping his team beat the Rutgers Old Queens, 3-2. Bill Ferguson earned the save for Central Florida, his 12th.

John Parra drove in one run for Central Florida. The 18-year old shortstop had a key at-bat in the bottom of the fourth. With no one out and the bases loaded, he broke a 2-2 tie with a run-scoring ground out off Clayton García. It was his 5th RBI of the season.

"It'd be nice to win by four or five runs," Henderson said, "instead of holding our breath the whole game."

Central Florida, now 22-24, holds down 8th place in the American Heartland Conference.
