Forcier goes 4-for-4, Leads Cathedrals to Win
The Pittsburgh Cathedrals knocked off the Rutgers Old Queens, 9-1, at Old Queens Stadium. Josh Forcier hit 3 singles and 1 double, while driving in 2 runs. Guillermo Piña was the winner. He's now 3-3. The loser was 20-year old right-handed pitcher Gilberto Mata. The 4th-place Cathedrals now sit at 22-20.

The Cathedrals got an important contribution from second baseman Jo Yamada, who in the top of the fourth knocked a first pitch cutter to left-center for a 2-run triple. It was his 2nd triple of the season and put the Cathedrals ahead, 3-0.

Forcier told a Pittsburgh Observer reporter that he was "delighted" with the win.
