The Villanova Starbursts bested the Michigan Red Dawns, 11-4, at Starbursts Ballpark. James Torres was one of the standouts. He slugged 2 home runs. He drove in 3 runs and scored twice. Stephen Melsom was the winner in relief. His record is now 2-0. The losing pitcher was Patrick Caro. The win lifted the Villanova record to 16-11.
