Behind the hitting of Taki Takata, the Arlington Bureaucrats stopped the London Underground, 6-5. Takata was 2 for 4 with a home run and a walk. He scored 2 times and drove in 3 for the Bureaucrats. Arlington now has a record of 20-14 with the win.

The game was still up for grabs in the bottom of the ninth. With two out, Takata hit a fastball from Cecil Langley for a run-scoring single. The Bureaucrats, in dramatic fashion, had a walk-off win.

"Sometimes you get the ball in the right spot and it goes," said Takata.
